The following are the terms of service for non-comercial (personal) commissions.■ All drawings may or will include a signature that you can't remove
■ I might record the drawing process and publish it on my social media.
■ Prices are subject to change
■ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
■ Do NOT use my artwork for GENERATIVE AI, Datasets or NFTs. No exceptions.PAYMENT
■ The payment will be through Paypal, Stripe or Ko-fi only.
■ Upfront payment!
■ Other currencies will be converted from the USD price
■ The payment must be done within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent.
■ No refundsADDITIONAL FEES
■ Additional characters have an extra price per character.
■ Additional backgrounds price may vary depending on the complexity. Solid colors, gradients or extremely simple backgrounds are free of charge.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
■ I will notify you when I have started working on your commission after the payment.
■ While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
■ The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work
■ During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece. *
■ The time it takes for me to finish your commission will vary from 6 to 14 days (currently it's subject to change)
■ I will update you if the deadline needs extending
■ If you want me to deliver the commission on a specific date I will have to charge you an extra fee varying on how close is the date, and how busy I am. *
■ You'll receive the final product through email

I, SkipedyXes, Claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyright artwork to:
■ Promote myself with it everywhere
■ Publish books with it (artbooks, etc...)
■ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.) (Unless disclosed otherwise)The buyer is allowed to:
■ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
■ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. (unless the character is already claimed by a third party)
■ Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated!
■ Use the artwork on their youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
■ Reproducing/using the the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
■ Claiming the artwork as your own or modifying it (tracing, editing, feeding it to any form of Generative AI's databases and datasets in any way)
■ Removing the signature/watermark from the artworkCONTACT
