▌ Terms of Service ▌

The following are the terms of service for non-comercial (personal) commissions.■ All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
■ I might record the drawing process and publish it on my social media.
■ Prices are subject to change
■ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
■ Do NOT use my artwork for GENERATIVE AI or Datasets. No exceptions.PAYMENT
■ The payment will be via Paypal, Stripe or Ko-fi only.
■ Currently other methods of payment can be discused.
■ I will only recieve the payment in USD dollars or MXN pesos.
■ The payment must be done within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent.
■ There wont be any refunds after the commission has started.COMPLEXITY FEES
■ Complexity fees may be charged depending on the complexity of the design of the character(s), props, poses or composition.ADDITIONAL FEES
■ Additional characters cost 50% of the base price of a single character each.
■ Additional backgrounds price may vary from $5 to $20 dollars depending on the complexity. Solid colors, gradients or extremely simple backgrounds are free of charge.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
■ I will notify you when I have started working on your full commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.
■ While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
■ The ammount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work
■ During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
■ The time it takes for me to finish your commission will vary from 1 to 3 weeks (currently it's subject to change)
■ If you want me to deliver the commission on a specific date I will have to charge you an extra fee varying on how close is the date, how complex is the piece and how busy I currently am. (Disclose this on the form)COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, SkipedyXes, Claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyright artwork to:
■ Promote myself with it everywhere
■ Publish books with it (artbooks, etc...)
■ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
■ Post it wherever I want
(Unless disclosed otherwise)The buyer is allowed to:
■ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
■ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. (unless the character is already claimed by a third party)
■ Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated!
■ Use the artwork on their youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
■ Reproducing/using the the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
■ Claiming the artwork as your own or modifying it (tracing, editing, feeding it to any form of Generative AI's databases in any way)
■ Removing the signature/watermark from the artwork■ I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distributuion unless otherwise agreed uponFINAL PRODUCT
■ You will recieve a full resolution file of 2000 x 2000px approx. at 300DPI (size may vary) of the final piece and a smaller and optimized version for internet upload. The format will be PNG.
■ You can ask for a different size, DPI, and format on the form.If you don't entirely agree with some of the terms above, we can discuss about it (example; you dont want your commission being published)
